Teaching English for Primary School Readiness (Ages 6–7)

🎯 Purpose

This course prepares new teachers to deliver a structured 20-lesson online English program that builds students’ ability to communicate, understand, and express ideas in English at a level suitable for entry into primary schools in English-speaking environments.

🎯 Learning Outcomes (Teacher)

By completing this course, teachers will be able to:

• Deliver consistent 40-minute Zoom lessons
• Teach students to:
  • Speak in complete sentences with simple reasons
  • Understand instructions and short explanations
  • Read short sentences and simple texts
• Use simple tools (Canva, Raz Kids, Khan Academy Kids)
• Plan efficiently using a repeatable lesson structure
• Decide what to:
  • Teach deeply
  • Practice briefly
  • Assign independently
